Official Contest Rules
1. Incisive Interactive Marketing, LLC. (“Sponsor”) will award either one $200 American Express Gift Card or a one-year membership to Search Engine Watch (The year membership provides full access to discounts to the search marketing conference: Search Engine Strategies (SES), video of keynote presentations and Orion panels from SES events, podcasts of the top sessions recorded at SES events, and search marketing tips, articles, reviews, and how-to's from leading experts in the industry. It does not include admission to any SES events.) to five (5) winning entrants (the “Prize”). The winners will be determined in a random drawing from all entries by a qualified panel of judges. The judges’ decision is final with respect to all matters relating to the promotion. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Odds of winning are not increased if you complete the survey. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of greater or equal value.
2. This Contest is open to any one who has visited clickz.com; searchenginestrategies.com or searchenginewatch.com in the past month or attended an SES conference in the previous year who are located in one of the 50 United States or D.C., except Florida (“Contestants”). Contestants must be legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., excluding all employees of Sponsor and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, agencies, judges and their immediate families. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified.
3. Neither an entry fee nor submission of a completed survey is required to enter. You may enter your name in the contest one time by filling out and submitting one online survey, a link to which has been e-mailed to you. Each submission must be accompanied by a completed online survey form, which appears on:

To enter without submitting a completed survey, you must mail your name and physical mailing address to Lee Buckley at 120 Broadway, 5th Floor New York, NY 10271-1101. Only one entry per person (or household if submitting entry by mail). All e-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Holder of the e-mail account from which they were sent. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry to the sweepstakes, the Authorized Holder of the e-mail address shall be considered the valid entrant. "Authorized Holder" as used herein is the natural person who is registered with the Internet service provider (or similar provider) for the e-mail address.
4. This contest runs from December 8, 2008 9:00 a.m. EST to December 28, 2008 5:00 P.M. EST. Entries sent by U.S. mail must be postmarked no later than December 28 2008 and must be sent to Lee Buckley at 120 Broadway, 5th Floor New York, NY 10271-1101. Entries submitted via the internet must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM EST on December 28, 2008. The drawing will be held on or before January 10, 2008. Sponsor is not responsible for ineligible, incomplete, mutilated, lost, late or postage due entries. To minimize risk, we suggest you retain copies of your entry. Entries may be retained, published or disposed of at Sponsor’s discretion and will not be returned. Sponsor, in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any game not capable of completion as planned, including infected computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, loss of data or technical failures of any sort. Sponsor shall not be responsible for the foregoing technical failures.
5. The winner will be notified by e-mail and will be required to sign and return within 10 days of notification an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. Should the prize go unclaimed it will not be awarded.
6. By entering, you agree to release Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and their employees, officers, directors and other representatives from all claims and liabilities in connection with this Contest or the Prize.
7. Winner may not transfer Prize rights nor obtain substitutions or cash redemptions. All taxes on prizes and incidental expenses not specified in the above Prize description are solely the responsibility of the winner. Offer void in Florida and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
